1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized by Grand Duchy Essence. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18 years or older.

  • Open to residents of countries where shipping is possible (please check our shipping policy).

  • Employees of Grand Duchy Essence, their family members, and anyone professionally involved in this giveaway are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period

  • The official start and end dates of the giveaway are posted on our Instagram account @grandduchyessence. 

  • Entries received after this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

  • Follow @grandduchy_essence on Instagram.

  • Like the giveaway post.

  • Tag 2 friends in the comments (additional comments = extra entries).

  • Share the post in your Instagram Story and tag us for a bonus entry.

  • Make sure to follow all the steps on Slide 2 of the giveaway carousel to be eligible.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries.

  • The winner will be announced via Instagram Story and contacted via Instagram Direct Message.

  • The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received, another winner may be chosen.

6. Prize

  • One full-size perfume of the winner’s choice from our collection.

  • No cash alternative or substitution will be offered.

  • Shipping costs are covered by Grand Duchy Essence (where applicable).

7. Privacy & Data Use

  • Participant usernames and other data collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this giveaway.

  • Data will not be shared with third parties except for shipping purposes.

  • By entering, participants consent to this use of their data.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

  • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

  • Instagram is released from any responsibility related to the giveaway.

  • Grand Duchy Essence is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries.

  • The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway in case of unforeseen circumstances.
